CW’s Batwoman Has New Lead

With Ruby Rose parting ways with the CW’s Batwoman after just one season the show has finally cast a new leading lady.

Javicia Leslie will take over the role and will be the first Black actress to play Batwoman.

Leslie previously starred in two seasons of the CBS show “God Friended Me.”

The second season of Batwoman is slated to start in January.
