Cinemark Announces Reopening

Cinemark plans to have over 500 theaters reopened by July.

CEO Mark Zoradi said the company has “ developed The Cinemark Standard for an extra level of cleaning and sanitizing that guests will notice from the moment they walk back through [their] doors.”

Cinemark’s new safety guidelines include: staggered showtimes, hand sanitizing stations, face masks and gloves to be worn by employees, wellness checks for employees before each shift, and reduced operating hours.
